High-touch underwriting and manual checks create days-long loan decision times and revenue leakage.

Disparate credit, fraud, and core banking systems force brittle integrations and inconsistent decisions.

No central trail for decision logic and approvals creates compliance exposure and slows audits.

Engineering bottlenecks prevent rapid policy changes during market or risk shifts.

Static, one-size-fits-all rules cause high false-positive rates and lost revenue from blocked legitimate transactions.

Traditional architectures degrade during spikes—loan portals and fraud checks become unreliable under peak demand.

Empower product, fraud, and compliance teams with visual rule authoring—deploy policy updates without engineering tickets.

Cut loan and KYC decision latency by up to 70% with parallelized evaluation and in-memory caches for real-time UX.

Full versioning, immutable logs, and exportable audit packets make regulator reviews fast and transparent.

Cloud, private cloud, or on-prem with encryption, RBAC, and enterprise SSO support to match bank security policies.

Seamlessly integrate with any system using simple API-based connectors. No need for complex configurations—connect databases, third-party services, and internal tools with just a few clicks.

Yes. Engineered for high throughput, Nected supports real-time decisioning at 100,000+ decisions per minute with sub-100ms latency for approved architectures. Benchmarked deployments in retail and commercial banking show consistent low latency under peak loads.
Nected captures a full audit trail for every decision, including rule versions, input payloads, and evaluation logs. Built-in reporting, immutable change history, and exportable audit packets simplify internal audits and regulatory reviews.
Nected supports cloud, private cloud, and on-prem deployments with encryption at rest and in transit, network isolation, RBAC, and SOC/ISO-ready controls. For highly regulated banks, we provide private instances and audited deployment pipelines.
Yes—prebuilt connectors and flexible APIs enable instant integration with credit bureaus, AML/ sanctions screening providers, payment gateways, and core banking systems. Custom adapters and webhook support make integration fast and maintainable.
Invocations refer to the number of times your workflows/rule is triggered via API, cron or other trigger. It will count the parent rule/workflow and can have as many rules, nodes within it. This metric is often used for billing purposes. Compared to other products, invocations as a billing metric can be more cost-effective and transparent, aligning closely with your actual usage and needs. It ensures you pay for the value you receive, rather than flat rates or less relevant metrics.
If you exceed, you'll be charged based on additional usage and will be added in your monthly charge. In case of payment failure after grace period, your plan will be reverted to free trial limiting your monthly execution and # of rules/flows as per free plan, however all your existing rules/workflow data would be kept intact.
Firstly, we do not have a vendor lock-in, so you can cancel anytime you want. However, if you decide to cancel once your subscription for a given period has started then you would be able to cancel at the time of the next billing cycle only.
Yes, you can typically upgrade your Nected plan at any point during your billing cycle. The upgrade process is usually straightforward, often involving just a few clicks in your account settings. Upgrading mid-cycle may involve prorated charges for the higher-tier service.
