Manual rules and engineering backlogs mean fraud attacks stay live for weeks—costing revenue and increasing chargebacks.

Over-aggressive rules block legitimate customers, lowering conversion and increasing support costs.

Reactive rule updates miss evolving fraud patterns, leaving merchants exposed and increasing operational costs.

Teams deploy rules without simulation, causing unexpected spikes in false positives or missed attacks.

No clear version history for rules causes compliance headaches and risky rollouts.

Data trapped in payments, CRM, and analytics prevents holistic scoring and accurate decisions.

Visual, business-friendly rule canvas empowers product and fraud teams to author complex multi-channel logic without developers.

Launch targeted friction or review campaigns instantly via feature flags, rule variants, or segmented rollouts—no backend deployments required.

Combine device, behavioral, and transactional signals into dynamic risk segments and map tailored outcomes—allow, challenge, or block—without engineering changes.

Shadow mode and historical replays let teams measure lift before rollout; runtime supports tens of thousands of decisions per second with sub-100ms latency.

Deploy intelligent AI Agents to automate document extraction, text classification, data enrichment, or any other domain-specific task. Build your own agents or plug in pre-trained ones directly into your workflows.

Integrate APIs, databases, and AI models like OpenAI or Vertex in minutes—no coding, just simple drag-and-drop setup.

Nected delivers parity with enterprise rule engines—visual rule authoring, workflow orchestration, audit trails, and high-throughput decisioning—while outpacing both Pega and DecisionRules in time-to-value and developer independence. Unlike heavyweight BPM suites, Nected provides a lightweight, API-first runtime that deploys in hours, not quarters. Compared to DecisionRules, Nected adds native workflow orchestration and built-in simulation for real-time B2C fraud scenarios, letting product teams ship guarded changes without engineering cycles.
Go from zero to production in under a week: configure rules, connect payment and user APIs, run pre-launch simulations, and deploy a versioned rule set—all without writing code. Typical time to first decisioning endpoint is 1–5 days for standard integrations.
Nected is built for scale: horizontally scalable runtime, stateless decision nodes, and optimized in-memory rule evaluation. Customers routinely run 100,000+ decisions/minute with sub-100ms median latency. Multi-region deployments and CDN-assisted APIs ensure consistent performance for global B2C traffic.
Nected enforces enterprise controls: field-level encryption, role-based access, audit logs, and configurable data retention. Deployments can be cloud-hosted, VPC, or on-prem for PCI and regional compliance. We provide SOC-2 alignment, GDPR data handling patterns, and integration guides for secure payment data flows.
Invocations refer to the number of times your workflows/rule is triggered via API, cron or other trigger. It will count the parent rule/workflow and can have as many rules, nodes within it. This metric is often used for billing purposes. Compared to other products, invocations as a billing metric can be more cost-effective and transparent, aligning closely with your actual usage and needs. It ensures you pay for the value you receive, rather than flat rates or less relevant metrics.
If you exceed, you'll be charged based on additional usage and will be added in your monthly charge. In case of payment failure after grace period, your plan will be reverted to free trial limiting your monthly execution and # of rules/flows as per free plan, however all your existing rules/workflow data would be kept intact.
Firstly, we do not have a vendor lock-in, so you can cancel anytime you want. However, if you decide to cancel once your subscription for a given period has started then you would be able to cancel at the time of the next billing cycle only.
Yes, you can typically upgrade your Nected plan at any point during your billing cycle. The upgrade process is usually straightforward, often involving just a few clicks in your account settings. Upgrading mid-cycle may involve prorated charges for the higher-tier service.
The best plan depends on your specific needs, such as the expected number of invocations, the complexity of your workflows, and the level of support you require. It’s a good idea to start with a basic plan and upgrade as your needs evolve, especially if you're new to Nected. Moreover, you can also write to us at assist@nected.ai and we will help you figure out the best plan for your brand.
