Marketing waits weeks for engineering tickets to change segmentation or offer logic—delaying promos and losing revenue.

Generic, one-size-fits-all campaigns depress CTR, conversion, and average order value across channels.

Customer profiles, events, and attribution live in silos—making precise segmentation and personalization impossible.

Teams lack deterministic simulations and traffic-splitting tools to validate rule changes before they affect customers.

Manual deployments and no pre-launch simulation lead to incorrect offers, brand risk, and revenue leakage.

Legacy rule engines and custom code degrade under peak loads or multi-channel spikes, causing latency and errors.

Design complex personalization logic with drag-and-drop rules, condition groups, and reusable decision blocks—no engineers required.

Push decisions to email, push, web, ad platforms, and CDPs via built-in connectors and lightning-fast APIs for real-time personalization.

Deliver offers adapted to behaviour, lifetime value, cart context, and channel—automatically and consistently across touchpoints.

Simulate campaign outcomes, run traffic splits, and rollback instantly if KPIs deviate—eliminating revenue risk from bad rules.

Yes—Nected is engineered for scale. Deployments routinely support tens of thousands of decisions per second (configurable to 100,000+ decisions/minute for enterprise clusters) with predictable latency. Choose cloud-hosted, hybrid, or on-prem architectures to meet compliance and performance SLAs.
Nected records every rule change with full versioning, role-based approvals, and immutable audit logs. Snapshots and rollback let you revert campaigns instantly. Encryption at rest/in-transit, SOC 2-aligned controls, and flexible data residency options ensure enterprise-grade compliance.
Nected ships with connectors for major CRMs, CDPs, analytics platforms, e-commerce systems, and messaging channels. Pre-built integrations with Segment, Salesforce, Shopify, Kafka, S3, and REST APIs make it simple to ingest behaviour, transactional, and profile data in real time.
Invocations refer to the number of times your workflows/rule is triggered via API, cron or other trigger. It will count the parent rule/workflow and can have as many rules, nodes within it. This metric is often used for billing purposes. Compared to other products, invocations as a billing metric can be more cost-effective and transparent, aligning closely with your actual usage and needs. It ensures you pay for the value you receive, rather than flat rates or less relevant metrics.
If you exceed, you'll be charged based on additional usage and will be added in your monthly charge. In case of payment failure after grace period, your plan will be reverted to free trial limiting your monthly execution and # of rules/flows as per free plan, however all your existing rules/workflow data would be kept intact.
Firstly, we do not have a vendor lock-in, so you can cancel anytime you want. However, if you decide to cancel once your subscription for a given period has started then you would be able to cancel at the time of the next billing cycle only.
