Mobile shoppers abandon carts when EMI options are unclear or slow; engineering-led rule changes create weeks-long delays and lost revenue.

Promotional EMIs and rate changes take too long to implement, delaying time-sensitive campaigns and reducing conversion lift.

One-size-fits-all EMI rules fail to convert different consumer segments—reducing approvals and average order value.

Without sandbox testing and scenario simulation teams unknowingly introduce financial or compliance risk when changing rules.

Legacy rule engines and point solutions throttle throughput at peak sales, causing timeouts and poor user experience at checkout.

All rule changes need engineers, creating a backlog of pricing and risk updates that erode margins and slow marketing agility.

Business users design conditional flows visually and publish immediately — no engineering tickets required.

Spin up promotional EMIs or partner programs in hours with prebuilt templates and connector libraries.

Automatically tailor tenure, downpayment, and rates based on segment, credit score, cart value, and promotions — increasing approvals and average order value.

Validate scenarios in sandbox, run A/B tests, and serve thousands of low-latency decisions per second with full monitoring.

Nected matches and in many cases surpasses Pega and DecisionRules on core capabilities: visual no-code rule authoring, enterprise-grade audit and versioning, real-time API decisioning, and multi-channel deployment. Unlike legacy engines that require heavy IT involvement, Nected provides a business-first visual builder plus instant connectors to lending APIs and CRMs — enabling B2C teams to iterate offers 10x faster while maintaining compliance and rollback controls.
Most teams configure, simulate, and publish EMI rules in a single business day; typical time-to-live for a consumer EMI experience is under 15 minutes using pre-built templates and connectors. That removes weeks of developer cycles and speeds promotions to market.
Yes. Nected is architected for scale — supporting tens of thousands of EMI calculations per second with predictable latency and horizontal scalability. Real-world customers run 100,000+ decisions/minute with full observability and SLA-backed reliability.
Nected provides role-based access controls, encryption at rest and in transit, audit trails, and versioned rules to meet enterprise compliance. Deployment options include hosted, private cloud, and on-premise models to align with regulatory needs.
Yes. Nected includes built-in simulation and A/B capabilities so teams can run thousands of scenarios, validate financial impact, and roll out with confidence using gradual rollouts and automatic rollback on anomalies.
Invocations refer to the number of times your workflows/rule is triggered via API, cron or other trigger. It will count the parent rule/workflow and can have as many rules, nodes within it. This metric is often used for billing purposes. Compared to other products, invocations as a billing metric can be more cost-effective and transparent, aligning closely with your actual usage and needs. It ensures you pay for the value you receive, rather than flat rates or less relevant metrics.
If you exceed, you'll be charged based on additional usage and will be added in your monthly charge. In case of payment failure after grace period, your plan will be reverted to free trial limiting your monthly execution and # of rules/flows as per free plan, however all your existing rules/workflow data would be kept intact.
Firstly, we do not have a vendor lock-in, so you can cancel anytime you want. However, if you decide to cancel once your subscription for a given period has started then you would be able to cancel at the time of the next billing cycle only.
Yes, you can typically upgrade your Nected plan at any point during your billing cycle. The upgrade process is usually straightforward, often involving just a few clicks in your account settings. Upgrading mid-cycle may involve prorated charges for the higher-tier service.
