Nected matches and exceeds DecisionRules and Pega by combining a no-code visual rule builder with native connectors for OCR, identity providers, and liveness checks—delivering business-controlled policy updates, instant API deployment, and auditable versioning. Unlike heavyweight suites, Nected removes developer bottlenecks with pre-built verification modules, rapid simulation, and multi-channel deployment (API, SDK, webhook), enabling enterprises to deploy compliant verification flows in hours rather than months.
For typical B2B onboarding flows, teams can configure rules, connect OCR/id providers, and go live in under 15 minutes using templates. Full production rollouts with custom integrations and audit controls commonly complete in under 2–4 weeks, far faster than enterprise alternatives.
Nected supports high-throughput decisioning—designed for 100,000+ verifications per minute with horizontal scaling, caching, and async processing. The platform provides SLA-backed uptime, retry strategies, and circuit-breakers to ensure mission-critical verification remains available under peak loads.
Nected is built for enterprise security and compliance: encryption at rest and transit, role-based access, audit logs, and support for regional data residency. The platform integrates with identity providers while minimizing stored PII via tokenization and supports SOC2/ISO/GDPR-ready controls. Customers retain full control over retention policies and access permissions.
Invocations refer to the number of times your workflows/rule is triggered via API, cron or other trigger. It will count the parent rule/workflow and can have as many rules, nodes within it. This metric is often used for billing purposes. Compared to other products, invocations as a billing metric can be more cost-effective and transparent, aligning closely with your actual usage and needs. It ensures you pay for the value you receive, rather than flat rates or less relevant metrics.
If you exceed, you'll be charged based on additional usage and will be added in your monthly charge. In case of payment failure after grace period, your plan will be reverted to free trial limiting your monthly execution and # of rules/flows as per free plan, however all your existing rules/workflow data would be kept intact.
Firstly, we do not have a vendor lock-in, so you can cancel anytime you want. However, if you decide to cancel once your subscription for a given period has started then you would be able to cancel at the time of the next billing cycle only.
