Manual rate updates create revenue leakage and negotiation delays—pricing teams can't react to market swings fast enough.

Bids taking minutes or hours lose opportunities in high-frequency markets where milliseconds decide winners.

Different channels and customers need tailored rate cards; static rules cause margin leaks and lost bids.

Disconnected rate feeds and manual spreadsheets increase errors and slow decision-making.

Without sandboxed simulation, price changes risk margin collapse or contract disputes once published.

Every pricing tweak requires engineering time—delaying launches and inflating costs.

Empowers pricing, sales, and operations teams to author complex rate rules visually—no engineering backlog.

Activate customer-specific rates, seasonal promos, or spot-bid strategies in minutes with zero backend deployments.

Apply customer, account, or channel-level modifiers to ensure competitive yet margin-safe bids across partners and marketplaces.

Run thousands of bid scenarios and historical replays to validate P&L before publishing—no surprises.

Deliver a fully white-labeled experience with embedded user functionality. Use Nected as your own branded decision engine.

Operate with confidence using enterprise-level security, role-based access control, and scalable infrastructure that ensures data integrity and performance even at scale.

Nected matches and exceeds Pega and DecisionRules by combining a visual, no-code rule builder with native API orchestration, real-time bid execution, and versioned audit trails. Unlike heavyweight BPM stacks, Nected delivers instant integration with procurement systems, CRMs, and exchange APIs, supports 100,000+ decisions/min, and keeps business teams in control—reducing engineering cycles by up to 90%.
Most customers build, test, and launch a basic rate card or spot-bid flow in under 15 minutes. Full production rollouts with integrations and simulations typically complete within 1–2 weeks thanks to pre-built connectors, templates, and parallel testing environments.
Yes. Nected is engineered for scale—supporting burst loads and sustained high throughput. Architected for horizontal scaling, it delivers predictable latency, retries, and backpressure handling for mission-critical feeds and exchanges with SLA options for enterprise deployments.
Nected provides real-time simulation and sandboxed test runs with historical replay. Business teams can run thousands of scenarios, validate P&L impact, and perform A/B tests before versioning rules to production—eliminating pricing regressions and unexpected margin erosion.
Security and compliance are core. Nected supports encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access control, detailed audit logs, and version rollback. Enterprise deployment options include private cloud or on-prem for regulated environments and SOC/ISO-ready controls.
Nected includes connectors for ERPs, CRMs, major message queues, HTTP APIs, FTP/S3 feeds, and market/exchange APIs. If a connector is missing, the platform's HTTP & webhook connectors let you integrate instantly—no middleware required.
Built-in approval workflows, role permissions, and version-controlled rule sets ensure every change follows your governance model. Use staged deployments, canary releases, and instant rollback to previous rule versions to avoid revenue impact from incorrect pricing changes.
Invocations refer to the number of times your workflows/rule is triggered via API, cron or other trigger. It will count the parent rule/workflow and can have as many rules, nodes within it. This metric is often used for billing purposes. Compared to other products, invocations as a billing metric can be more cost-effective and transparent, aligning closely with your actual usage and needs. It ensures you pay for the value you receive, rather than flat rates or less relevant metrics.
If you exceed, you'll be charged based on additional usage and will be added in your monthly charge. In case of payment failure after grace period, your plan will be reverted to free trial limiting your monthly execution and # of rules/flows as per free plan, however all your existing rules/workflow data would be kept intact.
Firstly, we do not have a vendor lock-in, so you can cancel anytime you want. However, if you decide to cancel once your subscription for a given period has started then you would be able to cancel at the time of the next billing cycle only.
Yes, you can typically upgrade your Nected plan at any point during your billing cycle. The upgrade process is usually straightforward, often involving just a few clicks in your account settings. Upgrading mid-cycle may involve prorated charges for the higher-tier service.
