Static carrier assignments inflate shipping costs and lock teams into suboptimal contracts—blocking margin recovery.

Manually maintained courier lists and hard-coded rules cause missed SLAs and customer refunds.

Teams lack staging simulation and load testing for new carrier rules—risking costly misroutes at scale.

Engineering time spent updating routing logic and carrier API changes drains roadmap capacity.

When a carrier fails, orders stall—no automated reroute leads to delays and support tickets.

Business teams build prioritized carrier logic with prebuilt templates and drag-and-drop conditions—no developer handoffs.

Pre-integrated connectors for global carriers, rate table ingestion, and API orchestration let you test and deploy without custom code.

Route shipments based on customer tier, package value, or returns policy—improving customer experience and reducing reverse logistics cost.

Automatically reroute on carrier outages or capacity constraints and process thousands of decisions per second with consistent latency.

Nected offers parity with top rule engines—visual no-code rule builder, multi-channel orchestration, audit/version controls—and outperforms on rapid API orchestration and deployment speed. Unlike legacy platforms, Nected provides plug-and-play carrier connectors, real-time decisioning (100,000+ decisions/minute), and business-user safe-rollbacks, delivering shipping cost reductions and SLA improvements without long IT projects.
Operations and logistics teams go from zero to production in hours. The drag-and-drop rule canvas, prebuilt carrier actions, and sample templates let business users configure routing logic, rate-priority, and SLA fallbacks without a single developer ticket.
Yes. Nected’s platform scales horizontally and supports enterprise-grade throughput and failover. Customers run tens of thousands of carrier decisions per minute with consistent latency, routing to multiple carriers and fallback logic during surges.
Nected enforces role-based access, encryption at rest/ transit, audit logs, and versioned rule change history. It supports on-prem, private cloud, and SOC2-ready deployments and integrates with existing SSO and data governance tools for PCI/GDPR compliance in shipping data flows.
Yes. Nected ingests contract rate tables, applies negotiated discounts, and evaluates multi-leg routing logic. Rules can prioritize cost, ETA, carbon footprint, or merchant SLA depending on business policies.
Invocations refer to the number of times your workflows/rule is triggered via API, cron or other trigger. It will count the parent rule/workflow and can have as many rules, nodes within it. This metric is often used for billing purposes. Compared to other products, invocations as a billing metric can be more cost-effective and transparent, aligning closely with your actual usage and needs. It ensures you pay for the value you receive, rather than flat rates or less relevant metrics.
If you exceed, you'll be charged based on additional usage and will be added in your monthly charge. In case of payment failure after grace period, your plan will be reverted to free trial limiting your monthly execution and # of rules/flows as per free plan, however all your existing rules/workflow data would be kept intact.
Firstly, we do not have a vendor lock-in, so you can cancel anytime you want. However, if you decide to cancel once your subscription for a given period has started then you would be able to cancel at the time of the next billing cycle only.
Yes, you can typically upgrade your Nected plan at any point during your billing cycle. The upgrade process is usually straightforward, often involving just a few clicks in your account settings. Upgrading mid-cycle may involve prorated charges for the higher-tier service.
The best plan depends on your specific needs, such as the expected number of invocations, the complexity of your workflows, and the level of support you require.
