Administrative teams waste hours on manual appointment triage, eligibility checks, and billing corrections—creating delays, denied claims, and staff burnout.

Medical records, scheduling, billing, and lab systems don’t share consistent rules—leading to duplicate work and data errors.

One-size-fits-all scheduling and intake rules ignore patient segments, acuity, or payer-specific requirements, reducing throughput and revenue.

Teams lack production-like simulation to validate routing, billing, and eligibility rules—introducing financial and clinical risk when changes go live.

Unversioned rules cause inconsistent clinical decisions and audit gaps during reviews or regulatory checks.

Every rule change requires engineering time—delaying process improvements and campaign rollouts.

Enable nursing, operations, and billing teams to author and update patient logic instantly using a visual rule canvas—no engineering backlog.

Publish rule changes across web portals, mobile apps, call centers, and EHR-integrated interfaces in minutes with version control and rollback.

Dynamically route patients to the right clinic, provider, or telehealth channel based on acuity, insurance, and availability—improving throughput and patient satisfaction.

Validate rules in a sandbox with production-like data, run batch claim pre-checks, and scale to thousands of concurrent appointment decisions without latency.

Deploy Nected anywhere—choose multi-region cloud hosting for high availability or self-host on your infrastructure for complete control and compliance.

Gain full visibility into your decision rules and workflows with audit trails features, and real-time dashboards. Stay compliant and track every change with ease.

Deliver a fully white-labeled experience with embedded user functionality. Use Nected as your own branded decision engine.

Operate with confidence using enterprise-level security, role-based access control, and scalable infrastructure that ensures data integrity and performance even at scale.

Nected matches enterprise-grade capabilities from Pega and DecisionRules—no-code visual rule builder, workflow orchestration, audit trails, and connector libraries—while delivering faster time-to-value and simplified integrations with existing EHR, PMS, and insurance APIs. Unlike many EHR-centric modules, Nected separates rules from core systems so clinical and operations teams can iterate patient logic without risky deployments or vendor change orders.
Nected’s drag-and-drop rule canvas and prebuilt healthcare templates enable clinical ops to prototype patient flows and scheduling rules in hours and go live in days. No developer cycles required for most rule changes, reducing IT backlog and accelerating compliance-driven updates.
Nected is built for mission-critical healthcare operations—capable of >100,000 rule evaluations per minute, horizontal scaling for multi-facility deployments, and configurable SLAs. It supports on-prem, VPC, and cloud options to meet security and latency needs of large hospital networks.
Nected enforces role-based access, field-level encryption, detailed audit logs, and data residency controls. The platform supports HIPAA-ready deployments, SOC 2 practices, and customizable retention policies so healthcare organisations retain compliance while iterating business logic rapidly.
Invocations refer to the number of times your workflows/rule is triggered via API, cron or other trigger. It will count the parent rule/workflow and can have as many rules, nodes within it. This metric is often used for billing purposes. Compared to other products, invocations as a billing metric can be more cost-effective and transparent, aligning closely with your actual usage and needs. It ensures you pay for the value you receive, rather than flat rates or less relevant metrics.
If you exceed, you'll be charged based on additional usage and will be added in your monthly charge. In case of payment failure after grace period, your plan will be reverted to free trial limiting your monthly execution and # of rules/flows as per free plan, however all your existing rules/workflow data would be kept intact.
Firstly, we do not have a vendor lock-in, so you can cancel anytime you want. However, if you decide to cancel once your subscription for a given period has started then you would be able to cancel at the time of the next billing cycle only.
Yes, you can typically upgrade your Nected plan at any point during your billing cycle. The upgrade process is usually straightforward, often involving just a few clicks in your account settings. Upgrading mid-cycle may involve prorated charges for the higher-tier service.
