Manual intake and inconsistent triage create long SLAs, high touch costs, and poor NPS.

Payout cycles measured in days or weeks increase customer churn and operational expense.

Inconsistent validation rules cause incorrect approvals or unnecessary denials, impacting margin and compliance.

Lack of test harnesses and simulation tools leads to errors and regulatory exposure when rules change in production.

Every rule change requires developer time, causing backlog and missed campaign opportunities.

Disconnected policy, CRM, and payment systems force manual reconciliations and errors.

Business teams author complex validations and routing using visual rules and drag-and-drop workflows—no developer cycles required.

Smart decision flows route claims to automation, manual review, or specialist teams based on risk, complexity, and SLAs—speeding adjudication and reducing costs.

Apply dynamic payout rules and exception workflows based on customer tier, policy terms, and loss history—automatically and auditable.

Validate changes in sandbox, run batch replays, and perform thousands of decision evaluations per second with predictable latency.

Nected matches and in many practical ways exceeds the claim automation features of Pega and DecisionRules by combining an enterprise-grade rule engine with workflow orchestration, pre-built connectors, and end-to-end auditability — all in a low-code/no-code surface that business teams control. Unlike heavyweight platforms that require long integration projects, Nected provides plug-and-play connectors, versioned rule publishing, and real-time decision throughput that supports 100,000+ decisions per minute at scale. It delivers parity with enterprise capabilities (visual rule authoring, rollback, simulation, multi-channel orchestration) while reducing time-to-value and TCO.
Business users can start authoring and testing claim rules in under a day; typical end-to-end deployments take under a week. Nected’s templates, drag-and-drop rule builder, and pre-built connectors eliminate developer bottlenecks and enable parallel integration workstreams so you can go live faster than with legacy rule engines.
Yes. Nected is architected for high-throughput, low-latency decisioning with horizontal scaling and multi-region deployment options. It supports thousands of concurrent claim transactions with consistent SLAs and can be deployed cloud-hosted, hybrid, or on-premise to meet enterprise availability requirements.
Nected offers enterprise-grade security: encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access, tenant isolation, detailed execution logs, versioned rule history, and tamper-evident audit trails to support SOC2/GDPR/ISO compliance workflows. Data retention and masking controls ensure privacy for regulated claims data.
Invocations refer to the number of times your workflows/rule is triggered via API, cron or other trigger. It will count the parent rule/workflow and can have as many rules, nodes within it. This metric is often used for billing purposes. Compared to other products, invocations as a billing metric can be more cost-effective and transparent, aligning closely with your actual usage and needs. It ensures you pay for the value you receive, rather than flat rates or less relevant metrics.
If you exceed, you'll be charged based on additional usage and will be added in your monthly charge. In case of payment failure after grace period, your plan will be reverted to free trial limiting your monthly execution and # of rules/flows as per free plan, however all your existing rules/workflow data would be kept intact.
Firstly, we do not have a vendor lock-in, so you can cancel anytime you want. However, if you decide to cancel once your subscription for a given period has started then you would be able to cancel at the time of the next billing cycle only.
Yes, you can typically upgrade your Nected plan at any point during your billing cycle. The upgrade process is usually straightforward, often involving just a few clicks in your account settings. Upgrading mid-cycle may involve prorated charges for the higher-tier service.
