Recommendations are hardcoded into engineering pipelines—slow to change and misaligned with sales and contract rules.

Promotions and cross-sell strategies take weeks to deploy, losing revenue during peak windows.

Generic rules ignore customer-specific contracts, order history, and negotiated prices—reducing conversion and trust.

Teams lack A/B testing and sandbox simulations, risking poor recommendations or contract violations when deployed.

Legacy engines throttle under catalog churn and high-volume quote sessions, causing timeouts or degraded UX.

All recommendation updates require engineering tickets, increasing backlog and delaying revenue-driving changes.

Business teams author, version, and rollback recommendation logic with a visual canvas—no engineering tickets required.

New recommendation campaigns and seasonal bundles can be configured and rolled out in hours, not weeks, with zero backend changes.

Tailor recommendations to buyer contract, negotiated price, order history, and SKU eligibility—delivering relevant offers that respect margins and SLAs.

Validate changes in sandbox, run live A/B experiments, and serve thousands of personalized recommendations per second with zero downtime.

Operate with confidence using enterprise-level security, role-based access control, and scalable infrastructure that ensures data integrity and performance even at scale.

Nected matches core features of DecisionRules and Pega—visual rule authoring, versioning, and enterprise integrations—but differentiates by combining a business-friendly no-code rule canvas with API-first deployment, built-in catalog connectors, and simulation tooling. That translates into faster go-to-market: typical customers launch recommendation campaigns in under a week versus months with legacy engines.
Designed for product, sales ops, and category managers, Nected’s drag-and-drop rule builder and pre-built templates let business teams configure recommendation strategies in hours. Technical teams spend days on integrations, not months on rule maintenance.
Yes. Nected scales horizontally with cloud or on-prem deployments to support 100,000+ decisions per minute, multi-tenant catalogs, and contract-specific pricing/eligibility without performance degradation.
Nected provides a sandboxed simulation environment, A/B testing hooks, and pre-launch analytics so teams can run scenario simulations, compare uplift, and validate contractual constraints before changes reach production.
Nected supports encryption-in-transit and at-rest, role-based access controls, audit trails, and deployment options (cloud, private cloud, on-prem). SOC 2 and ISO-aligned processes are available for enterprise customers. Data retention and PII handling are configurable per contract.
Invocations refer to the number of times your workflows/rule is triggered via API, cron or other trigger. It will count the parent rule/workflow and can have as many rules, nodes within it. This metric is often used for billing purposes. Compared to other products, invocations as a billing metric can be more cost-effective and transparent, aligning closely with your actual usage and needs. It ensures you pay for the value you receive, rather than flat rates or less relevant metrics.
If you exceed, you'll be charged based on additional usage and will be added in your monthly charge. In case of payment failure after grace period, your plan will be reverted to free trial limiting your monthly execution and # of rules/flows as per free plan, however all your existing rules/workflow data would be kept intact.
Firstly, we do not have a vendor lock-in, so you can cancel anytime you want. However, if you decide to cancel once your subscription for a given period has started then you would be able to cancel at the time of the next billing cycle only.
Yes, you can typically upgrade your Nected plan at any point during your billing cycle. The upgrade process is usually straightforward, often involving just a few clicks in your account settings. Upgrading mid-cycle may involve prorated charges for the higher-tier service.
