Manual rules, siloed data, and slow deployments allow fraud to scale faster than defenses—resulting in chargebacks, revenue loss, and reputation damage.

Alerts and rule changes take engineering cycles, so teams react to new fraud patterns days or weeks too late.

Rigid rule engines lack quick simulation and rollback, causing business interruptions and lost revenue from blocked legitimate customers.

Teams deploy rules without realistic simulation, increasing operational risk and causing escalations during peak traffic.

Analysts waste hours on low-signal alerts; lack of orchestration prevents automated triage and case prioritization.

KYC, payments, logs, and CRM live in different systems making holistic risk scoring slow and error-prone.

Empower product, fraud, and ops teams to build complex detection logic with drag-and-drop scorecards—no engineering required.

Connect payment gateways, KYC, CRM, SIEMs, and data lakes in hours and push rules to all channels with a single click.

Automatically enrich alerts, create cases, and escalate high-risk events—freeing analysts to focus on complex investigations.

Simulate rule changes against historical data and monitor live decision metrics, false positives, and revenue impact in real time.

Unlike heavyweight deployments from legacy vendors, Nected provides plug-and-play connectors for payment gateways, KYC/AML providers, SIEMs, and ERPs so teams can deploy complex fraud logic without months of engineering work. For businesses that need predictable throughput, Nected supports horizontal scaling to handle 100,000+ decisions/minute with full observability and SLA controls.
Business teams can configure detection rules, scorecards, and workflows in under a day. End-to-end integration with common data sources and payment APIs is typically completed in 1–7 days, enabling production rollouts within a week for most B2B flows.
Yes. Nected is built for enterprise-grade throughput with horizontal scaling, distributed caching, and optimized decision pipelines. Customers run thousands to hundreds of thousands of evaluations per minute with sub-100ms decision latency and guaranteed audit trails for compliance.
Nected enforces role-based access controls, field-level encryption, audit logs, and rigorous permissions to protect sensitive customer and transaction data. The platform supports enterprise deployment models (cloud, private cloud, on-premise) and integrates with SIEM tooling for monitoring. Compliance-ready features include configurable data retention and audit exports to meet SOC 2 and GDPR requirements.
Invocations refer to the number of times your workflows/rule is triggered via API, cron or other trigger. It will count the parent rule/workflow and can have as many rules, nodes within it. This metric is often used for billing purposes. Compared to other products, invocations as a billing metric can be more cost-effective and transparent, aligning closely with your actual usage and needs. It ensures you pay for the value you receive, rather than flat rates or less relevant metrics.
If you exceed, you'll be charged based on additional usage and will be added in your monthly charge. In case of payment failure after grace period, your plan will be reverted to free trial limiting your monthly execution and # of rules/flows as per free plan, however all your existing rules/workflow data would be kept intact.
Firstly, we do not have a vendor lock-in, so you can cancel anytime you want. However, if you decide to cancel once your subscription for a given period has started then you would be able to cancel at the time of the next billing cycle only.
Yes, you can typically upgrade your Nected plan at any point during your billing cycle. The upgrade process is usually straightforward, often involving just a few clicks in your account settings. Upgrading mid-cycle may involve prorated charges for the higher-tier service.
