Manual SLA tracking and spreadsheets cause missed breaches, delayed penalties, and unrecovered revenue.

Varying SLAs across partners, SKUs, and geographies create logic complexity that static systems can’t adapt to quickly.

Static SLA rules fail to personalize penalties by customer tier, region, or service—hurting fairness and financial recovery.

Teams can’t validate the financial impact of penalty rules before activation, risking overcharging or under-enforcement.

Penalty calculations are often reconciled offline—leading to disputes, delayed billing, and churn.

Every SLA change requires engineering cycles, increasing time-to-market and risk of errors.

Drag-and-drop SLA and penalty rules enable ops teams to iterate without engineering changes—supporting complex conditional logic and nested matrices.

Pre-built connectors for billing platforms, CRMs, observability tools and partner APIs let you enforce penalties and reconcile with accounting systems immediately.

Apply dynamic penalty logic based on customer tier, contract type, or region—capturing more recoverable revenue while preserving fairness.

Detect breaches in milliseconds, apply penalties instantly, and handle millions of events per hour with horizontal scaling and queueing support.

Deliver a fully white-labeled experience with embedded user functionality. Use Nected as your own branded decision engine.

Operate with confidence using enterprise-level security, role-based access control, and scalable infrastructure that ensures data integrity and performance even at scale.

Direct business control + developer-grade scale: Nected matches Pega and DecisionRules on visual, no-code rule building and advanced workflow orchestration, while offering faster time-to-value: typical deployments go live in days not months. Unlike legacy platforms, Nected provides instant API-first integrations, real-time simulation, and lightweight deployment options that reduce TCO—delivering parity on security, versioning, and audit logs, and superiority on speed of rollout and operational ownership.
Business teams can define SLAs and penalty matrices in under 15 minutes using the drag-and-drop rule builder. End-to-end integration with existing APIs and CRMs typically takes days; full production rollouts can be achieved in under a week for standard B2C flows.
Yes — Nected is built to process tens of thousands of decision calls per second with automated horizontal scaling. It supports batch reconciliation and real-time enforcement with SLA observability dashboards, matching enterprise throughput requirements similar to top competitors.
Nected enforces role-based access, field-level encryption, and audit logs out-of-the-box. It supports private cloud, VPC, and on-premise deployment models and aligns with SOC 2 / ISO practices. Penalty computations and audit trails are fully exportable for regulatory and billing reconciliation.
Invocations refer to the number of times your workflows/rule is triggered via API, cron or other trigger. It will count the parent rule/workflow and can have as many rules, nodes within it. This metric is often used for billing purposes. Compared to other products, invocations as a billing metric can be more cost-effective and transparent, aligning closely with your actual usage and needs. It ensures you pay for the value you receive, rather than flat rates or less relevant metrics.
If you exceed, you'll be charged based on additional usage and will be added in your monthly charge. In case of payment failure after grace period, your plan will be reverted to free trial limiting your monthly execution and # of rules/flows as per free plan, however all your existing rules/workflow data would be kept intact.
Firstly, we do not have a vendor lock-in, so you can cancel anytime you want. However, if you decide to cancel once your subscription for a given period has started then you would be able to cancel at the time of the next billing cycle only.
Yes, you can typically upgrade your Nected plan at any point during your billing cycle. The upgrade process is usually straightforward, often involving just a few clicks in your account settings. Upgrading mid-cycle may involve prorated charges for the higher-tier service.
The best plan depends on your specific needs, such as the expected number of invocations, the complexity of your workflows, and the level of support you require.
