Senior UI/UX Designer

• Investigate and define user experience design requirements for new products and the company website.
• Develop and implement comprehensive UI/UX design strategies aligned with our brand and business vision.
• Deliver high-quality UX solutions through wireframes, user flows, storyboards, site maps, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Design UI elements including navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, widgets, CTAs, banners, page layouts, and landing page flows.
• Conduct UI testing to optimize interface elements and user journeys for maximum engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, marketers, internal and external designers, ensuring seamless and tailored digital experiences.
• Provide guidance on UX research methodologies and user behavior analysis to inform design decisions.
• Maintain adherence to typography, graphic design, and style standards for brand consistency.

• Formal education or equivalent work experience in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or related fields.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design skills, encompassing hybrid UX/UI work, design rationale, specs, and user workflows from ideation through final delivery.
• Proficiency with design tools and technologies including Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, design systems, as well as basic HTML, CSS (SCSS), and familiarity with iOS and Android design guidelines.
• Experience designing B2B web applications and digital assets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and influence stakeholders.
